Below is a video from one of those Texas State Board of Education hearings – you know, the inane amalgamations of stupid during which idiots bickered on how best to present evolution in class – and truly, it's a shining example of why we don't want these airheads anywhere near the education steering wheel of children's schools. Some old twit stands up and spews silly inanity for about eight minutes about how stasis disproves evolution (it doesn't, it's not even fuckin' related), and uses as an example, the cockroach, claiming it's been exactly the same for 4.5 billion years ... Ooowch, my brain hurts.
Someone ship him to a hospice already, and kick the rest of these imbeciles out of children's educative future. Please?
