So what do you call a bunch of angry yokels yammering for charges against the President?

Apparently, those sub-moronic gatherings are known as "citizen grand juries", and there are hundreds of them across the U.S. passing out lunatic screeds called "presentments" pumped full of ridiculous and long-debunked charges and accusations against President Obama and his legitimacy for presidency under the Constitution, still claiming he's not a "natural-born citizen". And, of course, who better than the WorldNutDaily to report on it all? It's rather up their alley.

Hell, the lunacy begins with the very first paragraph.

Hundreds of "presentments" – or accusations assembled by citizen grand juries – are scheduled to be given to courts, sheriffs, prosecutors, judges and legislators across the United States by July 4 alleging that Barack Obama is ineligible to be president and his occupancy in the Oval Office constitutes treason.

It seems these nutcases should probably take a quick glance at the actual legal definition of "treason" for the U.S. as defined in the Constitution:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Basically, you can only ever be rightfully charged with treason against the U.S. if you actually aid "Enemies" (terrorists, opponents in a war, etc.). Taking up position in the Oval Office, even if by fraud and deceit, would not constitute treason. Learn your own legal definitions, you idiots.

I'm also amused at their chosen date to unveil all this – the Fourth of July. Nice little irony, I see.

"Sooner or later some court or many courts will formally indict Obama from our presentments or [a] complaint," he said. "Our goal is to convene and conclude 12 to 13 grand juries before July 4 rolls around and to serve our presentments as many as 200 times with courts, sheriffs, prosecutors, judges or legislators across the land.

"The pressure is mounting and someday justice will be served or the country will probably explode from loss of faith in our Constitution," he said.

If those numbers don't produce action, he said, the plans are to double, or triple the numbers, and try again.

The above is a perfect example of their flawed manner of thinking and handling this stuff. If their "courts, sheriffs, prosecutors, judges [and] legislators" aren't able to indict Obama – bah, just get some more! Never mind the actual "evidence" and such, or that they're all simply ridiculous claims to begin with; just pile on some more morons, because to these yahoos, it's the numbers that make the difference, not the evidence!

One of the more common "arguments" against Obama being a "natural-born citizen" of the United States, is him having what's known as a "dual citizenship" (both American, and British), a legacy of his British father.

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Once again, idiots who don't understand what they read – or who imagine more text and meaning than is actually present in the Constitution – should refrain from acting based on it. Below is the actual clause from the Constitution regarding "natural-born citizenship":

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.

There are currently no clear-cut legal definitions for "natural-born citizen"; but, seeing as citizenship in the U.S. is obtained either through being born in the U.S. (just as being born in any other country automatically makes you a citizen of that country, barring specific exceptions) or through naturalization, I think it's simple to understand that a "natural-born citizen" is simply an American citizen who was born in America. There.

Obama was born in Hawaii, which is a part of America. Ergo, Obama is an American, and a "natural-born citizen" at that. Quod Erat Demonstrandum.

But – wait, there's more article left!

Adding fuel to the fire is Obama's persistent refusal to release documents that could provide answers and the appointment of myriad lawyers to defend against all requests for his documentation. While his supporters cite an online version of a "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii as his birth verification, critics point out such documents actually were issued for children not born in the state.

Maybe he's not releasing his birth certificate and that sort of stuff because – um – they are exceptionally private documents, you dumb fucks?

Secondly, the accusation of treason comes from a retired member of the U.S. military officer, Lt. Cmdr. Walter Fitzpatrick III, who has presented his complaint to U.S. Attorney Russell Dedrick in Tennessee, the presentment explains.

In that, he alleged, "Now you [Obama] have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military criminal actors-command racketeers-are now free in the exercise of military government intent upon destruction of America's constitutional government. We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works."

Wow. A retired military Lieutenant-Commander who doesn't even know what the fuck he's talking about. Methinks it's a good thing he's retired, if this dunderhead doesn't even understand what "treason" signifies, especially when he's so intent on spreading that charge far and wide.

There is simply nothing intelligent and rational or reasonable about this article. Nothing. These "citizen grand juries" are just a bunch of scorned hicks and twits who've been buttfucked by losing the election, and now are just trying to tear Obama's presidency down out of nothing more than hillbilly spite. I say, just ignore 'em. (Which, yes, is a statement that makes this post rather hypocritical, but I just like laughing at idiots who so dearly deserve it.)
